Step 1: Know the occasion and the budget

Start with who receives the award and what it marks. A season-end participation trophy, a club championship cup, and an executive milestone piece are three different products at three different price points. Set a per-piece budget before you browse; it narrows hundreds of options to a manageable shortlist fast.

Step 2: Choose the style and components

Traditional column trophies let you mix figure, column color, and base size. Cup trophies trade the figure for a classic silhouette. Resin awards are one solid piece and hold up well for youth sports. If the award repeats annually, consider a perpetual plaque instead so the history accumulates in one place.

Step 3: Send engraving text and artwork

Send names exactly as they should appear, ideally in a spreadsheet for team orders. For logos, vector art (AI, EPS, PDF) engraves cleanest. You will get a written proof showing the exact layout before anything is cut, and nothing goes to production until you approve it.

Step 4: Production and pickup

What trophy orders cost
