Standard turnaround by product
Trophies and plaques: two to five business days after proof approval. Name badges and desk plates: one to two days. Etched glass and crystal: about a week. Stock medals and ribbons: often same or next day. Custom-printed ribbons and promotional products: two to four weeks, set by the printers and suppliers involved.
How rush orders work
Rush means we re-sequence the shop around your deadline. On stock components (trophies, medals, badges, most plaques) a one-to-two-day rush is usually possible. Call (941) 921-4339 with the real deadline first; we commit to dates we can hit and say so plainly when we cannot.
What cannot be rushed
Custom-printed ribbons, die-struck custom medals, and catalog promotional products move at supplier speed regardless of our schedule. For those, the fix is ordering earlier, and we will flag the lead time the moment they enter your quote.
The proof step and your deadline
The clock starts at proof approval, not at first contact. Approving the proof same-day keeps short timelines alive; a proof that sits in an inbox for three days spends your rush margin. We send proofs fast and chase them politely when a deadline is close.

How to Order Custom Trophies
Ordering a custom trophy takes four steps: pick a style and budget, send the engraving text and any logo, approve a written proof, then pick up or receive delivery. At our Sarasota shop the whole cycle usually runs two to five business days.
Choosing Corporate Awards
Match the material to the moment: optical crystal for career milestones and top honors, acrylic for recurring program awards where quantity matters, and plaques for recognition meant to hang on a wall. Budget per piece typically rises from acrylic to plaque to crystal.
Plaque Wording Guide
A plaque needs four elements: who gives it, who receives it, why, and when. The standard order is headline, recipient name, citation line, and date, and the whole message should fit in 40 words or fewer so the type stays large enough to read on a wall.
