Artwork Requirements
The short version
Send vector art: AI, EPS, or vector PDF with fonts outlined. Vector files engrave and print cleanly at any size. If all you have is a JPG or PNG, send the largest one you have and we can usually redraw it into vector for a small one-time art charge.
Raster art minimums
For color printing on acrylic, badges, and promo items, raster files need at least 300 DPI at print size, on a transparent background where possible. Website logos and screenshots are almost always too small; the giveaway is blurry edges when zoomed.
Text and fonts
For text-only engraving, skip the file: send the exact wording and a font preference and we typeset it. If your brand uses a specific font, name it or outline it in the file; we match or license common faces.
What happens after you send art
We check every file by hand, flag problems before they cost you anything, and send a proof showing the artwork at final size on the actual product. Approved art stays on file for every future order.

How to Order Custom Trophies
Ordering a custom trophy takes four steps: pick a style and budget, send the engraving text and any logo, approve a written proof, then pick up or receive delivery. At our Sarasota shop the whole cycle usually runs two to five business days.
Choosing Corporate Awards
Match the material to the moment: optical crystal for career milestones and top honors, acrylic for recurring program awards where quantity matters, and plaques for recognition meant to hang on a wall. Budget per piece typically rises from acrylic to plaque to crystal.
Plaque Wording Guide
A plaque needs four elements: who gives it, who receives it, why, and when. The standard order is headline, recipient name, citation line, and date, and the whole message should fit in 40 words or fewer so the type stays large enough to read on a wall.
