Do you have order minimums?

No. We engrave single retirement gifts and 200-piece league orders with the same process. Minimums only apply to custom-printed items like event ribbons and some promotional products, and we tell you those numbers up front.

How fast is a typical order?

Most engraved orders finish in two to five business days after proof approval, because assembly and engraving happen in house at 6601 Superior Ave. Rush work for tournaments and ceremonies is often possible in a day or two on stock components.

Can I bring in my own item to engrave?

Usually, yes. Bring it by the shop and we confirm the material takes a clean mark before any work starts. Flat metal, glass, wood, and acrylic surfaces engrave best.

Do you deliver?

Pickup at the Superior Avenue showroom is standard, and we deliver larger orders on regular routes across Sarasota and Bradenton. Shipping is available for out-of-area customers.

Will I see a proof before you engrave?

Yes, on every order. Nothing goes to production until you approve the written proof, and if we deviate from an approved proof, the fix is free.

Do you keep artwork and templates on file?

Yes. Logos, badge templates, and annual award setups stay on file, so reorders take a phone call and match the last batch exactly.
